To deposit funds by personal cheque, simply click the DEPOSIT button in your ECash Direct window. Click the CHEQUE tab at the top of the deposit window. You will need to enter the amount of your deposit in US funds, the name on the cheque, and the cheque number. Only personal cheques from North American banks will be accepted. Make the cheques payable to: ECash Direct Make sure you include your ECash Direct account number on the cheque as a reference. The money will be added to your account as soon as it is received by ECash Direct. You will be able to use the funds immediately, and be able to withdraw or transfer the funds after 30 days. If you have made deposits via credit card, you must first withdraw as much money to your credit card as you have deposited in the history of your accounts prior to withdrawing by cheque. To withdraw funds from your ECash Direct account via cheque, click the WITHDRAW button on your ECash Direct window and click on the CHEQUE tab at the top of your WITHDRAW window. Simply fill in the amount you wish to withdraw and your PIN number (if applicable). You will receive a cheque for this amount from ECash Direct via regular mail. The cheque will be mailed to the name you registered with, and be mailed to the address you entered during registration. Your cheque will be mailed two-to-three days after your withdrawal request is made. FedEx service is available by providing your account number to ECash Direct's service team by phone. FedEx service will be used - at no extra fee - for all cheques US$1,000 and over. If more than one cheque is requested in the same 24-hour period, the amounts will be combined and only one cheque will be sent.
