Withdrawing with Moneybookers

Visit the ECash Direct screen in your online merchant and click "Withdrawal" And follow the on-screen instructions.

You must have successfully made a deposit to your ECash Direct account using Moneybookers before you can withdraw using Moneybookers. The Moneybookers account used to make the deposit will be used in processing withdrawals. If you have previously deposited funds to your ECash Direct account by credit card and/or Moneybookers, your withdrawal will be applied to your credit card first - up to your original credit card deposit amounts, and then to your Moneybookers account. Withdrawals via Moneybookers are permitted beyond original Moneybookers deposit amounts.

*Note: Only one Moneybookers account under is available per ECash Direct account. The name registered between Moneybookers and ECash Direct should be the same.

Processing Rules

Moneybookers funds requested by users for withdrawal from their ECash Direct account are available for withdrawal the next business day. There is a US$1 or currency equivalent fee for using this withdrawal method.

Transaction Reporting

It is important to keep a record of all of your Moneybookers transactions with your ECash Direct account. To help you maintain these records you should be aware that your Moneybookers deposits and withdrawals are recorded and reported on your ECash Direct statement as MBD and MBW respectively.
